This is an older hotel that has been remodeled and renovated. everything in our room was new from the beds to the bathroom fixtures and COMPLETELY spotless! Thers is free wifi but no breakfast bar but you're only 3 blocks from downtown and many places to choose from for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This hotel is located in an older part of town but it's very quiet and peaceful. The staff are super friendly and care for their customer's complete comfort. Housekeeping came every day and gave us fresh new bath linens, took the trash out and cleaned the floors, every day! Our room was well equipped with an ironing board, iron, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge and big screen tv. We're planning a return trip this fall and will be staying here again. So, if you don't mind not staying at a big new expensive building and going out to eat then this is your place. We will be back and recommend Budget Inn!

The woman at the front was very friendly to me. My key did not want to work at first but other than that the facility was very clean. It may not look like much from the outside but I was not disappointed at all rooms are redone and clean .Very good calm location. I loved that the woman at the front had vegetables growing around the place. She was outside replanting pepper plants at one point and conversated with us. Waving bye to me as I went to enjoy the town. The bathtub was wonderful the water temp and pressure were perfect. No bugs of any kind. I would recommend to anyone!

The motel was close to the center of town. It was quiet and clean. The room had a fridge and microwave, which was a bonus. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in while traveling. The pillows actually supported our heads instead of completely deflating! Manager was helpful and friendly when our keycard briefly stopped working. Quickly got us back into our room. A bit expensive for a Budget Inn, but considering it’s fall in north GA it was actually a good deal.

We were a little hesitant about booking a room here because of some of the reviews. We are very glad we gave it a chance and booked it! It looked like the place had been remodeled recently. The room was very clean. There was a good shower and water pressure. There was no carpet in the room, which is a great thing! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The woman who checked us in was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all.

If you are looking at the outside of this establishment, you would think twice about staying but don’t , everything went very smoothly in check-in. The inside of the room is immaculately clean all refinished, beds are comfy outstanding shower nice TV, very quiet. I was very very surprised. no carpet which is a huge plus.
